Remotix Hub

Those options regulate the availability of Remotix Hub functionality for the given machine. Note, all Remotix Cloud users in Users list would be able to do all selected functions.


System reports & monitoring

Allow the Hub to request system reports about your computer.

Remote actions

Allow remote management of this computer, like application launching or performing maintenance actions.

Allow the Hub to request screenshots of your desktop.

Location tracking

When enabled, the Agent will automatically send your machine location to the Hub. You’ll have to turn on location services for the Remotix Agent in Windows Settings.

A built-in interactive chat helps you communicate with the remote user or provide a personal assistance.
