These options regulate the availability of Remotix Hub functionality for the given computer. Note that every user listed in Trusted Users list of the Remotix Agent will have access to the enabled functions.
System reports & monitoring
Allow the Hub to request system reports about your computer.
Allow remote management of this computer, like application launching or performing maintenance actions.
Allow the Hub to request screenshots of your desktop.
When enabled, the Agent will automatically send your machine location to the Hub. You’ll have to turn on location services for the Remotix Agent in System Preferences.
A built-in interactive chat helps you communicate with the remote user or provide a personal assistance.
