This Website collects information from users only with their knowledge, active permission and participation. Nulana will maintain the confidentiality of all user information and will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party unless we obtain your permission or unless we are required to do so by law. We store the minimum information required to provide you with support, and take necessary precautions to protect this data. Information submitted to this site will only be used for the purpose for which it is expressly collected. We do not collect or save any credit card or other payment information. This information is only collected by our payment partner Plimus Inc.
Nulana may provide non-personal, aggregate data or statistics about downloads of the software or our website visitors to advertisers or other third parties for marketing and promotional purposes but these data or statistics will include no personally identifying information.
Some of our applications have an automatic update feature that periodically checks to see if an updated version of application is available from Nulana. This feature sends Non-Personal Information to Nulana, including the version of application you are using and your operating system version. This feature checks update availability by making an HTTP connection to host downloads.remotixcloud.com and reading an XML file with information about currently available version.
Some of our applications have a crash-reporting feature that sends a report to Nulana if application crashes. Nulana uses the information in the crash reports to diagnose and correct the problems that caused the crash. This feature starts automatically after application crashes. This feature sends a variety of Non-Personal Information to Nulana, including the stack trace (a detailed description of which parts of application code were active at the time of the crash), type of computer you are using and your operating system version. It does not send any part of the system log files. This feature sends crash reports by making an HTTP connection to host "nulana.com" and transmitting a plain-text report message.
