If you are getting the named error every time when you connect to a RealVNC server with Remotix, you may fix it on the server side. The reason is that RealVNC uses its own proprietary encryption by default. This encryption, unfortunately, cannot be supported by Remotix. To turn it off, open RealVNC server options and set Authentication to “VNC password” and Encryption to “Prefer off”:
