Nulana added RDP support in the new 2.0 version of Remotix for Mac
Our beloved users have been waiting a long time for it, and today we are proud to introduce Remotix for Mac 2.0 with RDP integration. Remotix 2.0 with support for both VNC & RDP makes remote access to multiple computers running Windows, Mac OS X and Linux comfortable and straightforward.
Remotix for Mac was received well by users even as a VNC-client. Unlike VNC protocol, RDP can transmit sound. That’s right, Remotix has full sound support now, including playback & recording! RDP support also includes NLA authentication, complete international character input, rich clipboard synchronization and rdp:// url scheme handling enabling integration with 3rd party apps.
Remote protocol can be selected manually in the setup menu.

Moreover, new version of Remotix is able to wake your computer up with Wake-on-LAN. That means Remotix can turn on or awake a powered-down computer remotely. We also continue working on security, and Remotix can perfom encrypted Apple Screen Sharing connections.
Additional new features in Remotix 2.0 include:
- Server list search & filtering

- .vncloc & .rdp file import
- Lots of bug and crash fixes
